Light Rail

My relationship with the light rail has been on and off. Hmm, getting to campus takes 40 minutes everyday which seems like an eternity, but it's almost become a dedicated study and work time for me, or just plain wander-off-and-not-think-about-anything-time. Sometimes there are smelly hobos, but sometimes there are really interesting and fun people to talk to. I guess what I'm saying is, yes, light rail, I've actually becoming to like you.

Just finished studying for my biology final. AHHH, I have so much to do this week and I'm so ready to get it over with.
I JUST WANT CHRISTMAS TO BE HERE ALREADY!

1. What is your holiday wish for your family?

First and foremost, I wish for my family to have great health for the new year and years after. I want all of us to gather and appreciate this Christmas. And lastly, I hope we all keep pursuing our dreams and goals!

2. What is your Christmas morning / Hanukkah Nightly tradition?

On Christmas mornings, we wake up and drink hot chocolate loaded with marshmallows. Then open our presents in our pajamas and take pictures.

3. If you could ask Santa for one, completely decadent wish for yourself, what would it be?

I would really love an amazing vacation with family in Fiji. Look at it, it looks magical!

4. How do you make the holidays special without spending any money?

It really is simple. We just make sure we are around each other's company during the holidays and we don't really expect big extravagant gifts from each other.

5. What games did you play with your family growing up?

My brother  and I really loved playing Legos, race cars and board games. We loved Snakes and Ladders, and Jumanji!

6. What holiday tradition have you carried on from your own childhood?

Ever since I was little, we would always decorate the tree together while listening to some Christmas music.

7. Where would you go for a Christmas/Hanukkah-away-from-home trip?

I would go to the Philippines with my whole family to visit my grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins!

My number one pick would be an Xbox and Kinect. It looks so fun on the commercials I've seen and we would definitely have fun with running around, dancing and jumping!

My second pick, if I did have an Xbox, would be the game Dance Central. My whole family loves to listen to music, especially the ones that gets you to dance. It sounds like a fun party game!

My third pick would be the Epic Mickey game. We love Disney in our house, we're even planning going to Disneyland in the holidays. The game looks great and a good throwback to the Mickey that we all know and love, since he's not as prominent on movies and TV nowadays.
